MO2ONE™ is the equipment range for airborne surface disinfection designed for demanding users including pharmaceutical industries, biotech laboratories and research facilities.
Features for All MO2ONE® Models
Advanced Disinfection System Featuring Patented Rotating Disc Technology
This system integrates a mechanism engineered to generate consistently ultra-fine droplets with a calibrated diameter of approximately 8 microns. This precise droplet size ensures uniform airborne diffusion and maximised surface contact, critical for high-level disinfection in controlled environments.
.
Rotating head design for optimised diffusion coverage
The rotating heads are specifically engineered to enhance fog distribution across the entire volume of the treated area. This dynamic dispersion ensures homogeneous coverage of surfaces, even in complex geometries, making the system suitable for a wide range of applications — from pharmaceutical cleanrooms to hospital zones and high-tech manufacturing environments.
.
Volume-calibrated diffusion cycles
The device is programmed via an intuitive user interface, allowing the operator to define disinfection cycles based on room volume and process requirements. Multiple disinfection protocols can be saved and password-protected with two-tier access control.
.
Comprehensive data logging
All key disinfection parameters — including cycle time, temperature, humidity, and diffusion duration — are recorded and exportable via USB/Android tablet or direct-to-printer output. Configurable data retention meets quality assurance and traceability needs.
.
Integrated environmental monitoring
Built-in sensors continuously monitor and regulate relative humidity and temperature, preventing condensation and ensuring optimal fog stability. The emitted dry fog is validated as compatible with standard cleanroom materials.
.
Hydrogen peroxide fog dispersion without external ventilation
Thanks to the internal aerodynamic design, the system effectively diffuses hydrogen peroxide fog across large volumes without auxiliary fans, ensuring high penetration and homogenous biocidal action.
.
Robust and hygienic construction
Enclosure and critical parts are manufactured from polished stainless steel, offering resistance to corrosion, chemical exposure, and facilitating cleaning operations in compliance with GMP protocols.
.
Low maintenance and high reliability
Designed for demanding environments, the system requires minimal planned maintenance and delivers consistent performance over extended operational cycles.

About the MO2ONE® XS System
Years of Innovation Behind Next-Generation Disinfection Technology
After years of research and precision engineering, we are proud to present a disinfection system built around our exclusive Spinning Disc diffusion technology — a patented innovation designed to meet the most demanding bio-decontamination requirements in pharmaceutical, hospital, and cleanroom environments.
This cutting-edge system offers high-level disinfection efficacy using hydrogen peroxide-based biocides, achieving validated 6-log reduction of bacterial spores in critical zones, all while maintaining full material compatibility and operational efficiency.
Spinning Disc Atomisation System
At the core of the system lies the Spinning Disc mechanism, a patented high-speed rotating component engineered to produce extremely fine droplets of approximately 8 microns in size. The disc spins at a precisely controlled rate, causing the liquid disinfectant to be sheared into a consistent mist of uniform particles.
Unlike ultrasonic systems, which rely on vibration to break liquid into droplets, the Spinning Disc provides a mechanically stable, highly controllable atomisation method. This ensures the creation of droplets optimised for suspension in air, promoting extended airborne activity and uniform surface contact throughout the treated space.
Thanks to its design, the system is capable of operating in both direct diffusion mode inside the space to be treated, or externally, using pipework to deliver the mist where needed — without loss of efficiency.
Fast Setup – Efficient Cycles
The system is optimised for rapid deployment and minimal downtime. A complete sporicidal disinfection cycle achieving validated 6-log bacterial spore reduction can be completed in as little as 3 hours, depending on room volume, geometry, and environmental conditions.
Unlike vapour-phase technologies, our Spinning Disc system does not require air pre-conditioning or complex integration with HVAC systems, which significantly simplifies setup and shortens operational turnaround times.
This allows for more frequent treatments, faster room requalification, and increased productivity in multi-room or high-throughput facilities.

No Condensation, No Corrosion
The 8-micron droplets generated by the Spinning Disc are small, light, and possess high surface tension. When they encounter solid surfaces, they bounce without bursting — meaning no surface wetting, no condensation, and no corrosion risk.
This makes the system ideal for environments housing sensitive electronics, stainless steel surfaces, or precision equipment where vapour or liquid contact must be tightly controlled.
Strong Fog Penetration and Uniform Distribution
The dynamic action of the rotating disc, combined with the optional rotating head, ensures multidirectional fog projection. This guarantees even distribution across all surfaces, including vertical and complex geometries.
Due to the physical characteristics of the fog, Brownian motion assists in rapid diffusion throughout the entire room. The droplets vaporise progressively, releasing active oxygen species that contribute to a high disinfection power, even when using low-concentration H₂O₂.

About the MO2ONE® System
A robust and intelligent solution for risk management in controlled environments
MO2ONE® is a high-performance airborne disinfection device engineered to meet the most demanding hygiene standards in medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. Designed to operate in synergy with Spray Oxy Pae®, a ready-to-use biocidal formulation, the MO2ONE® system provides efficient and adaptable disinfection for a wide range of volumes and spatial configurations.
Technical and Structural Advantages
-
MO2ONE® is built around a highly durable stainless-steel chassis, specifically designed to withstand intensive use in demanding industrial and clinical environments. Its impact-resistant shell ensures maximum protection of internal components, even during frequent handling or transportation, making it perfectly suited for mobile disinfection operations.
To further enhance its operational flexibility, MO2ONE® has been engineered with integrated mobility features, including :
• Ergonomic, non-marking swivel casters for smooth movement across various floor types (epoxy, PVC, tiles, etc.),
• A reinforced carrying frame with accessible handgrips for easy lifting and repositioning by a single operator or a team,
• A compact and balanced design allowing for effortless maneuvering in tight spaces such as corridors, airlocks, and equipment rooms. Its mechanical robustness combined with user-centric mobility makes MO2ONE® ideal for rapid deployment across multiple rooms or zones, particularly in facilities with dynamic disinfection schedules.
The system is also fully automated and includes a self-purging mechanism at the end of each disinfection cycle. This ensures internal hygiene, prevents chemical residue buildup, and maintains the operational integrity of the diffusion components over time.
Adaptive Diffusion System
Equipped with a dual rotating head module, MO2ONE® delivers flexible diffusion capabilities:
• Dual rotating heads: optimized for the uniform treatment of large-volume environments such as production halls or storage areas.
• Dual fixed heads: ideal for linear configurations such as corridors and airlocks.
• Single-head mode: suitable for confined or small-scale rooms, including isolators and laboratory spaces. This adaptive configuration ensures consistent microdroplet dispersion and optimal biocide coverage, regardless of spatial constraints.
